While it’s not an official planning application at this stage, Teignbridge Council has confirmed it has received an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Scoping Opinion for an 8000 capacity finishing unit. The council received it on the 8th February this year and Teignbridge now has to provide the applicant with the expected documents that should make up an EIA.
I understand this is the first Teignbridge appears to have heard of it with no prior discussions or pre-application enquiries.
