The unauthorised use of the Strand car park in Starcross by people living in cravans for the past week or so has come to an end,

I reported the issue to Teignbridge Council on the very night the caravans moved onto the car park and also alterted the council on Saturday night when they moved off. I’d asked the council to tidy the car park as well as there was some rubbish left behind.
